You'll probably get screened because of your Chemistry and possibly CARS scores, but there is no harm in applying unless money and time are an issue 

 

And your referee can re-use most of what they write this year next year, so it's not totally a waste.

That 123 will not make it through, and if the 125 is cars that most likely will not make it through. Sadly for queens I think you would require a rewrite. ECs don’t matter if you don’t make it past the MCAT stage. Probably not the news you wanted to hear, but you could always write again. I and many others on here have written it more than once. The important thing is realizing why that may have happened, and tackling those things to improve in the future. The other two scores are great though, such a shame. This journey is a marathon not a sprint you will find. You may be okay for Ottawa though, two 4 in your last two years will really help offset that 3.73 and give you a good Ottawa GPA.
