I am currently enrolled in RN programme but not sure where i can get my other prerequisite fulfilled for UFT.any advice??

All that UofT requires is:

  • two full-course equivalents (FCEs) in any life science (in many schools this is counted in credits, which would be 12 credits)
  • one FCE in any of social sciences, humanities, or a language (here it would be 6 credits)

Which means that most nursing programs will already meet the course prerequisites. If you have any doubts as to whether or not a certain course can be counted towards one of the prerequisites, you can always email them at md.applicants@utoronto.ca with your course outline to ask them if it qualifies.

Also, this has nothing to do with MCAT, I' not sure what you meant by that in your title. If you want to take electives towards preparing you for MCAT then that's a totally different kettle of fish.

Good luck.
