Need help with supplemental/essays

Hey guys,

Do people usually write close to 1500 words (3 pages) for the essay? My essay is around 1.5 pages at the moment, has anyone written an essay around this length or do you recommend we use up the word count?

 

Also, is it important that we fill up all 7 entries on each section of the supplemental form? For extracurriculars and volunteer, I could only fill 4 and 5 respectively - had more long term commitments than variety. Will points be docked off cause of this?

Speaking from experience, I would recommend you utilize the entire 1500 words. 

I also ensured that all of the 7 spaces were filled. As I had suspected that the majority of other applicants would have filled all 7 in each section. I did struggle to fill some of the spaces mind you, but if you think hard enough, you can put some things in there.

Quality > Quantity when it comes to the 7 entries in my opinion, make what you put in count.
