Abbreviated ABS questions

Is there a specific word limit for these? I know the character max is 2400, but wondering if there's some word limit as well that I've missed or they had last year. As well, did they mention that you had to mention 3 specific things you learned last year? I am unable to find that bit in this year's info but just wondering if it still applies.
