Required Vaccinations/Tests

Hello!

 

Before we step foot in the hospital, which vaccinations are absolutely required? It's a bit of a pain because I lost that manilla-coloured sheet with all my vaccinations and dates. I do, however, have proof of my Hep B serological status and TB tests. Do the hospitals need proof of anything else?

Everything needs to be handed into the undergrad office and not to any hospital.
