Should universities decrease tuition for the summer 2020 and fall 2020 semesters?

Do you think universities should decrease tuition or keep them the same for online semesters? My university in particular decided to increase costs for courses in the summer and I think they will do the same for the fall semester. I do understand that the delivery of knowledge and courses are still high quality and more or less the same, but there are also lots of things we are missing when learning online, that we could easily access during regular times. I was wondering how this affects others, especially with the loss of jobs, higher cost of living, and other things. A lot of other fees have been dropped though such as bus pass, health and dental fees, and other service fees.

Individuals and universities suffer from high costs to meet expenses. As they have to meet their fixed costs, I do not see relief from universities in their online fee structure, although a reduction would be welcome.
