CaRMS Night - Overview of 10 Canadian Neurosurgery Programs

Recommended Posts

Hey everyone!

If you are interested in neurosurgery, you do NOT want to miss this!

The Canadian Medical Student Interest Group in Neurosurgery (CaMSIGN) is delighted to present the first cross-provincial CaRMS neurosurgery program overview, featuring the majority of neurosurgery programs across Canada! The goal of this initiative is for students to engage with different Program Directors and familiarize themselves with each neurosurgery residency program, their culture, unique features and what it would be like to be trained at that respective institution.

The structure of this two-day information session will consist of blocks of 30 minutes where each respective Program Director will provide a general synopsis to their program and other relevant information. This would be followed by a brief Q&A session.

This event would be most useful for senior medical students who will be applying to neurosurgery during the upcoming 2021/2022 CaRMS cycle. However, all medical students with an interest in neurosurgery are welcome, as attendees will equally benefit from the event through an expansive networking opportunity with like-minded peers, and having their most sought-after questions answered.

To register, visit the link here:  bit.ly/camsign-carms2022. The order of programs presentations, once finalized, will be posted soon within the registration page.

CaMSIGN will continue to serve medical students by acting as a bridge between them and neurosurgery programs. We like to thank Program Directors and Residents across the country for their continued support of this initiative. We hope that you will be able to join us for this session and enjoy it!
