POCR document Indicate number and situation on each page?

I saw this on McGill's website:

Applicants MUST indicate their McGill ID number and Residency Situation on each page of their POCR documents.  Example: “ID 260000000 International”, “ID 260000001 Quebec Situation 8"

How do we indicate the number and situation on each page? Do I need to draw a text box on each page saying the number and situation?

Hey if you scanned your passport/whatever ID you choose and saved it as a jpeg, you can upload that into word and then just write at the top of the page " ID 260000001 Quebec Situation 8 " and then save your word document as a PDF :) . if you have multiple pages you could just put it as the header, that way you won't need to draw a text box on each page.
