2 year full time academic years

so Winter term entry students are not eligible to apply? this doesn't make sense....

it is still full academic year courses load....

You could email to inquire about extenuating circumstances but if that wasn't the case, only the years you took a full time load (24 for undergrad, 18 in each year for graduate studies) between September and April will qualify.

Definitely email to ask, OP! They are very responsive and helpful with clarifying eligibility for more unusual academic situations like this.
