Mogib1414
Hello, I have obtained my bachelor's in chemical engineering in 2016 (GPA is 3.33/4.0) and have been working ever since in Oil Industry. However, I want to change my field and Biomedical Science is something I am interested in, specially the life sciences in this field. I have obtained my degree in Saudi Arabia and I want to study Biomedical Science in US/Canada. I am not sure how to approach the application process. Should I start from undergraduate programs? Or can I get into graduate programs with some supplemental courses to fill-in what is missing? Also, if you can recommend specific colleges, I would really appreciate it. bearded frog
You'll probably want undergrad programs to boost your undergrad GPA, and non-research masters have limited value in terms of medical school admissions. So just apply for an undergrad program.
Mogib1414
Can you recommend the best schools for Biomedical Science? Also, I don't want to be a practitioner, I want to do research. So, will this affect my choice?
bearded frog
My answer was for if you were trying to get into medicine. If not, then I have no idea what you should do, lol.
