I had a question for those of you who have been applying to U of C or have been interviewed at U of C in the past: Have you always had a verifier contacted? This is my 3rd round of applications and I have yet to have a single verifier contacted prior to my ultimate interview rejection. I am wondering if perhaps I have a red flag on my applications? My "stats" are living at the average level, I am a mature student with lots of different EC's and life experience and I'm finding it very difficult to assess how to improve year to year. Having a higher GPA is like buying more lottery tickets. At the end of the day, it's all a crapshoot.
