Certainly some schools use a method where they don't look at some aspects of your GPA. These tend to change year by year, so ideally you should be looking directly at the website of the schools you are interested in to get the most up to date official information. Even if someone was to post a big list, you really shouldn't base decisions on applications and GPA stuff based on what a poster on this website says, which may or may not be correct!
