lovemedicinesomuch
If an abstract gets accepted to a conference - but you are unable to attend due to travel costs - can it still count as a poster presentation publication on your CV?
dooogs
It depends, most conferences require you to at least pay registration fees. Is one of the authors going?
Edict
As long as someone is going to present it or it is going to be put up as a poster in the conference then it counts, but when you list author names, usually you will put a (presenter) in brackets behind whoever ended up presenting the abstract. You should still bold your own name though.
