UBC or McGill

I got accepted into both UBC and McGill for biochem undergrad and am trying to choose which one. I love the mountains and nature, but also value city life which makes it really hard for me to choose one. What makes me lean more toward McGill (in regards to the environment) is that I hate the constant rain in BC during the winter. However, i head that its very hard to get high grades at McGill and my goal is to go to pharmacy or med school after. What I do not know is how the opportunities for research/resume building compare between the 2. I did HL French in HS I'm proficient in French and do not think finding a job would be difficult in Montreal.
