When your application is being reviewed, does the GPA being looked at included all your grades up to the Fall semester of that same year?

Your grades will be considered up to a completed year for most schools. Your current grades will be assessed at the end of the year if you are a successful applicant and that year is important to you meeting admissions criteria.

An example: UWO currently required two years above a GPA of 3.70 -- if your first year GPA was 3.8, and your other two years were 3.6 each, you would get an interview. Your GPA for fourth year is therefore critical, if it's above 3.7, you get in; if it's below, your acceptance is rescinded.

If you're on a semestered program that is co-op, things might be different, but check with the admissions policies of each of the schools you are applying to.
