OOP Financial assistance

Does anyone know anything about receiving financial assistance when you're OOP? How easy it is? How do we go about getting it? I don't think we can apply to BCSAP and the booklet that came with my acceptance package didn't say much. Thx!

I have been studying out of province the last 4 years. For government loans, I have been getting them from my home province. As far as LOC, I had one of those set up in my home province as well, but I don't see why you couldn't set one up in another province, because the banks are all national. Good luck!

From what I've heard, if you're applying for a government student loan, you have to do it through your home province. I think it's just like applying for a loan as if you're going to school in your home province.
