Good vs Bad waitlist

Hey,

 

I recall it being mentioned that there will be a good vs bad waitlist this year as other years.. but i keep hearing rumors that they are no longer doing that?

 

Did anyone get the waitlist with the "bad" statement? (i.e., "do to your position on the waitlist we suggest you make alternate plans" or something to that effect)

i specifically recall them saying that they will include the extra line at the info session

so as far as i know, there is a good and bad waitlist

i got my waitlist email this morning without the extra line... so as far as i know i am on the good side

 

here is to it moving ASAP

I am also on the "good" waitlist, and i remember Nicole saying you will be clearly notified in the email if your chances are slim. Any idea what the chances off the good waitlist is, and how big it is this year???

The "bad" waitlist contains an extra sentence saying...

 

"I must inform you, that, given your rank on this list, you are unlikely to receive an offer"

 

Apparently this sentence now appears within the text as opposed to being an extra line on the end.

I believe everyone is on a waitlist, some on are the 'good' wait list and some are on the 'bad'.
