Combined Residencies

In the US, there are certain programs that offer combined residency training in two specialties, leading to board certification in two specialties in less years than it would have taken to do the two residencies separately. For example: www.musc.edu/psychiatry/combo2.htm and www.med.nyu.edu/neurology...index.html

Are there any such combined residencies in Canada?
