how are interviews marked?

Does anyone know how the interviews were graded?

Are individual questions marked?

It was based on 5 categories. Dr. Bagnall had a information session but that was before most people knew they had received an interview. I know that some of them were like "knowledge of medicine", "critical thinking" and "maturity" but I forget the rest. One Med student said the first thing the interviewers discuss after your interview is whether they could see you as a colleague, so I believe they "grade" you as a whole person.
