Ghetto/McMed area rent for 4 1/2 with two bedrooms

What's the typical rent in the area? I've mostly been looking at places in the Plateau, but I'd prefer to be a bit closer to campus.

Try looking in McGill classified adds...there should be lots of ads for places in the ghetto....also you can search McGill offcampus housing website and specifically look for apartments in the ghetto. I would imagine it would be around 1200-1500, depending on the building. Generally the closer you are to the uni, the more expensive it's going to be.

 

Personally, I love the plateau! You can get a place that' s 15-20 min walk to McMed but has everything else close by (groceries, coffee shops, clubs, etc)
