What do you guys abt putting attending some workshops down which have proven helpful for me?

Your emphasis should always be on quality and not quantity. I suggest including the workshops only if you believe they will enhance your chances of admission to medical school. In other words, does attending the workshops demonstrate your desire to be a doctor?

Not everything in your application needs to "demonstrate your desire to be a doctor". AdComs know that not everything you do is med school related and hopefully you are not doing everything you do just so it helps you get in to med school. If you attended a workshop that was useful to you, then sure, go ahead and put it in, but don't just put it there to take up space. Remember that everything on your sketch is fair game in your interview, so just make sure you have something to say about it.
