Dave
Hey guys, I am a UofT student and I wanted to know what I should do about the 1-year physical chemistry requirement with lab. Do any of you know what most UofT students do. Because the main second year physical chemistry course doesn't have labs, which usually leaves most of us with only half a year of physical chem with lab. Will american med schools accept only that half year of lab with the second year physical chem that doesnt include lab? For those of you fimiliar with UofT courses, I have taken CHM139 and CHM220. And I just want to know what else I need to take if anything at all.
Madz25
This topic has come up many times in the past. Look through old threads. Otherwise, UTSC offers a 1 year general chemistry course with lab which fulfills this requirement.
HBP
it's come up many times before but has never been solved chm139 excludes both of the first year chem courses at UTSC. to answer the OP: some US schools will accept 220... some won't. you have to write a letter
