Its a GREAT 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 storey freestanding house. It includes a washer/dryer and 1 parking spot (a second can be rented) and has a lot of character with a spiral staircase. All utilities would be included: hydro, water, internet, cable. It is located in Sandy Hill and is about a 10min walk to the Rideau Centre/Byward Market and about the same to the Ottawa U main campus. It is a 10min drive to the General/CHEO/Rehab centre, just under 15min to the Civic and located close to major bus routes with easy access to all hospitals. It is located on Embassy Row, across the street from Strathcona Park which has running/walking trails along the Rideau River and a wading pool.
