Short descriptions of foreign med schools

Here's a premed website that I stumbled upon tonight. It's a bit atypical in that in this website, there's also some descriptions about the quality of medical schools in many countries outside of North America. The author is rating the medical schools based on their country location; I don't know where he got these impressions from, but perhaps they could be useful.
