Ok, I want to put that I do light weight training 3 times a week....but what can I really say in the description?

 

I just left it as: light weight training 3 times a week at University gym

 

....but that sounds so lame? What else can I say?

Also, how far back are you guys reaching? I have stuff from high school/middle school I want to include....though both seem to be reaching back a bit too much, no?

Anything before your senior-level of high school is pushing it, UNLESS you continued the activity past your senior-level of high school. Night!

I had a pretty significant experience from about grade 9-11 that I included, but that was because I had some awards that were tied to it and it was a substantial time commitment, though I don't know if it will help my application at all.

 

I figured that even if they discount it for being so old, it was probably better than including one of the activities that I had left off that was fairly inconsequential (<20 hours).
