I'm going to make a supreme effort to let the chips fall where they may. Been reading a lot about mindfulness, so hey, maybe this is a good time to put it into action! I'd jump in my car and drive over night. If they then chose to poke me a pitchfork the entire time I interviewed while flicking a laser pointer in my eyes... I wouldn't go as far to say that they're taking advantage of our desperation, rather they're not going to go extremely out of their way (ie: hiring more staff, constant webpage update, etc..) to cater to a group of students that makes up only 10% of their class and over 50% of their applications. That's what the admissions timeline page says. I guess when you think of it... the time between the 22nd and the interview is still more time than the early interviewees had between their notification and interview.
