When I am eligable to apply for medicine, (3rd year of university I guess), what applicant pool would I be in? The In Quebec (since I would be in Quebec for almost 4 years by then), or the Out of Quebec pool (because I am from Newfoundland), or both? If any body knows the answer, please post!
