UTPEOPLE
For anyone taking Orgo II, I just put together some downloadable summary sheets for carbonyl chemistry on my website -masterorganicchemistry.wordpress.org If you have any suggestions for new ones I'd be happy to do them. It's fun for me. -James is this the James that I am thinking of?
colos
Hardest exam I have written in University. Every third question was "How many of the above are correct".Wow..... 'How many'...wow are you serious??? I can picture an average of 30% for that
Borborygmi
'How many'...wow are you serious??? I can picture an average of 30% for that Honestly... many of my exams are like this. I think it's an absolute travesty as well. A B C More than one of the above All of the above A B C A and B B and C A and C A B C B and C all of the above none of the above 3 combos of virtually every question on a decent number of exams.... completely feel your pain. I'm going into an exam tomorrow totally unprepared, and is also the one I'm most worried about since I'm sitting at an 85.2% and it's by far the hardest, most ambiguous exam writing I've ever experienced. Huge risk of falling below the 80% death mark....
Sinkay
I heard it was tough but to be fair guys, you're midterm average was like 84%? The class average for a regular year is about... 68-73%? So if Dr. Lee wants to maintain a similar class average expect an exam that has an average of 60%? In the end you should just base your mark by percentile, he always tries normalizing and standardizing the curves and every year and it ends up the same.
