Apartment is shared with a second year female pharmacy student and 4th year female medical student. Up to now its been all professional students. Extremely convenient location: 1 minute walk from college subway station, 1 minute walk to TGH or Sick Kids hospital, 10 minute walk to U of T campus (south-east end). Apt is approx 1000 sq ft, while bed room is 150 sq ft with large windows and large closet. Bedroom is a bit of a tight fit with a queen bed and desk, but would fit comfortably a double bed or smaller with desk. Kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, fridge, oven, no dishwasher). Laundry is ensuite (not coin operated!). The condo has a great gym, indoor track, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, rooftop patio, and barbeques available. Exercise classes also available. No pets. I have actually accompanied her here already, also oriented her on the limo company to contact in case she would need a ride to important functions.
