Hi Guys, I am moving to BC for my residency and will be renting out my place in Calgary. We'd love to rent it out to med students - great location.

The rent, unfortunately, is non-negotiable. We're renting it for 1600/month to med students, but if we don't get any takers in the next few weeks it goes for 1750/month on kijiji (med students would still get it for 1600). There's value in renting to people we know are going to be too busy studying to have parties
