They don't. Unless you're OOP with IP status (there are a bunch of ways to demonstrate residency, e.g. through a parent). Sorry, my bad. (Add forgetfulness to the list of reasons why I shouldn't be a physician.) The invite letter explicitly stated "Quebec applicant."

It is surprising to me that for a thread with almost 10,000 viewings, there have been so few postings of acceptances and rejections.

I'm IP and received an interview (and I'm very happy about it).

 

I'm really surprised that several of the frequent posters on here weren't successful. I guess all bets are off when the number of applicants doubles year over year!

For those people being interviewed, did you get any confirmation other than the two lines on Minerva after you sent your acceptance and photo ID?

I haven't received any conformation. I called the admission office and they only advised to check Minerva (for the documents received). Also, they said that there might be an email circulating, but later on
