Dropping Marks

Does MUN drop any marks or do they look at your cgpa? My first and second year marks were awful, >: but I came out with almost all A's for the last years. I wondering if this is really going to hinder me or not.

A. The overall academic average/GPA is determined by calculation of all courses taken at the University/College level.
