I'm on vacation, and I'm at home and I'm going to the beach! We have the most beautiful beaches north of Hawaii IMHO What is the most exercise you've done in any 24 hour period? apache Posted September 3, 2011 Report Share Posted September 3, 2011 6 hours of 1 hour running in intervals over 12 hours (1 on and 1 off) averaging about 7 minute mile ... dont think that would translate into 12 hrs over 24 though, we (me and current gf at the time were dead after that) ... what was the hardest course you took in university? Actually driving is a form of EC for me these days...I just enjoy driving standard. Is your sunday morning breakfast different than a weekday breakfast?
