apache Posted December 25, 2011 Report Share Posted December 25, 2011 i find if you can hit the gym within 2 hours of getting up you're golden, i always use to work out at 11 pm-2 am, not a good idea when you have to do a reg sched, but i still prefer it to waking up at 8 everyday, even though i've been actually able to get up early lately. lol, Try not to exercise close to bed time. Robin Hood Posted December 25, 2011 Author Report Share Posted December 25, 2011 lol, that's my main problem, i don't have insomnia, but i tend to sleep naturally from 3-10 or so, especially when we get no sunlight in the winter... in the summer i can get by on 6 hours a sleep no prob... and go to bed earlier... in the winter i stay up late and sleep less. there's an actual disorder called delayed onset sleep disorder, lol Good that you were able to manage going t university.
