M-5
I have a lame sets of grades from a 4 year B.A. (UBC - 75.6%), yet a better set of more recent of grades from a BSc that is in progress (3.75 first two years at a community college and 3.9 from 3rd year at UBC). My MCAT score was 8PS/10VR/11BS/Q for a 29Q. My guess is that I need to find a school that has something akin to a last 60 credits calculation. Which American schools should I be applying to? Thanks for your advice.
boobiman
American schools look at all your credits, so unfortunately every thing counts
canucks_14
well the university of washington in seattle weighs your last 3 years similar to that of ottawa. for example they'll mutiply year 3gpa x 3 and year 2 gpa x 2 and year 1 gpa x 1. Does anybody else know of any others?
keepontrying
unfortunately uwash does not accept canadians. i believe all schools that accept canadians will look at your entire transcript.
canucks_14
i think you just need 6 months of residency there? http://www.washington.edu/students/reg/residency/medicalStudents.html

Bad idea. Apply to as many schools as you can and hope for the best. Good luck

The one exception is if you're going MSTP (MD/PhD).
