Hello guys! I finally finished my 1st year science in UBC and received the following grades on my transcript.

 

2004S BSC 1 1 ENGL 110 925 3.0 APPROACHES LIT 66 C+ 3.0

2003W BSC 1 1 CHEM 121 122 4.0 STRUCTURAL CHEM 82 A- 4.0

2003W BSC 1 2 CHEM 123 299 4.0 PHYS&ORGANI CHEM 75 B 4.0

2003W BSC 1 1 CPSC 111 101 4.0 INTRO COMPTN 69 B- 4.0

It turned out that my overall GPA is around 78% which is B+ according to UBC grading system. As you can see, I didn't do too well in most of my pre-req courses (bio and english) for med school. Can you guys be honest with me and tell me if my GPA so far will be competitive ? What kinda of GPA do I need to pull in the next 3 yrs to have a competitve shot at medical schools?
