Good radiology resources?

You don't need to buy any radiology specific books at this point except a couple of really good anatomy books. Anatomy is absolutely the foundation of radiology. Knowing all of the most obscure signs in the world means nothing if you can't even recognize normal anatomy.

I second the learningradiology.com site, and also suggest http://www.wikiradiography.com/ and radiologymasterclass.co.uk

Good beginner resources. learningradiology and radiology masterclass have some very good tutorials.

no high res images anywhere? it's impossible to appreciate and follow the bowel in imaios images.

its easy enough to follow the colon on the abdo CT on that website. following collapsed bowel is difficult in dicom images as well - you get a conglomerate of loops all piled together and its difficult to decipher each individual bowel loop.

try the app "radiology 2.0" free in the app store and go through cases of bowel obstruction. distended small bowel loops are follow-able.
