Good size bedrooms with generous closet space. Gas fireplace and patio doors to covered patio. Large kitchen with plenty of counter space. Insuite laundry. The condo is 9 years old and is in very good condition. Rent is 600 per month including most utilities starting sept. 1 but it will be avialable to move into aug. 15th.
