Do you mean studying in the States and then coming back to Canada? For that you would need to see if the degree could be approved (which most are) and write the licensing exam for Canada and each province you want to work in (this is if you are Canadian). If you are American you need to do that on top of getting a NAFTA visa to work in Canada.
