Studying in med school

As a newly minted year 1, I'm finding it difficult to get into a routine regarding studying, especially with the long days.

For you more experienced med students, how did you study?

 

Did you attend all the classes or did you podcast/use lecture notes? Did you study very regularly or usually the week/two before the exam?

Studied regularly, a bit each day, based off our objectives. Attended lectures and used those notes primarily since I found that's exactly what they tested us from used texts for clarification.
