Hm... looks like a spaced repetition system with a huge library of questions?

Might be good for USMLEs for a couple of months, but at $400/yr not practical as a long-term solution for retaining information.

I'd encourage people to look at free solutions like Anki. If you start building your own collection early in your training, you'll have an invaluable resource for your entire career.

I agree, Anki is fantastic and use it myself but from a time perspective for someone new consider...

Premed Bio/Chem/Orgo/Physics/MCAT:

3,124 Recall Questions

1,465 MCQs

Med Students:

1,838 Topics

31,691 Recall Questions

1,898 MCQs

1,500+ USMLE Questions

I know it takes me a great deal of time to make anki cards from my notes and my time certain is worth money ;)

To each their own, just a resource I found which some may find useful at some point.
