Does This Count As A Pt Experience For Western?

I've listed 4 non-PT experiences for western which were fine.

 

My only dilemma is with the 4 PT experiences they want. I only have one significant PT experience but I really want to put at least two. I'm not sure whether or not this counts but my girlfriend had torn her knee pretty bad during a rugby game and she had to undergo physical therapy for a year. Now of course I was there and I was helping her with all the stretching and going with her to her PT appointments. Should I include that as one of my PT experiences or is it too personal and unprofessional?

I personally wouldn't. If you think its a stretch to include that as a physical therapy experience, there's a good chance that the people reviewing your application will find it's a stretch as well.
