Guest xylem33 Posted February 28, 2006 Report Share Posted February 28, 2006 Hi - I was wondering if it would be wise to apply this year - knowing that I haven't accumulated enough EC's yet etc just so I can have experience with the application process so that next yr - it will be smoother...is this wise?
