I bought a house this week, and I'm now looking for someone to sublet my one bedroom apartment this year: It's an affordable place ($715/month including utilities and parking), in a great location (3 minutes to downtown, 5 to queen's, 2 blocks to water, nice neighborhood). There's a large kitchen with dishwasher, full-sized fridge and stove, a large living room with hardwood flooring, lots of storage, and front and back doors (main floor apt, great in the summer heat). I'm looking for a september sublet but you could probably move in a few days early.
