pizza1994
Central Michigan University College of Medicine East TN State U., James H. Quillen Coll. of Med. LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans Meharry Medical College University of Louisville School of Medicine are these canadian friendly? It seems on MSAR that they interviewed 0% internationals........forums were suggesting these were canadian friendly
JohnGrisham
Some.schools will list no internationals BUT they treat Canadians as Out of State. Many schools will not accept internationals but make the exception for Canadians as simply being an extension of the US.

They just want to see that you have community service, much like other medical schools.

JohnGrisham
Can anyone post a list of what they consider low-tier schools that accept Canadian students. There are no "low-tier" US schools, when it comes to internationals. It is sufficiently competitive enough for internationals, that you just have to apply broadly to all the US schools that take Canadians, as outlined by countless posts on the forums. Lots of schools look at "fit", so even 4.0/510 MCATs can be easily rejected without corresponding non-academics.
xClashx
Central Michigan University College of Medicine is Canadian friendly. I currently attend it with 3 other Canadians. (4 out of 104) The 3 other Canadians did some form of studying in USA, while I did my undergrad in Canada.
