Meharry is Canadian friendly, I know a girl from my program that got in last year. I believe you have to be a certain race to attend though.

Nope, i know 3 different, very caucasian people who have interviewed and been accepted there over the last 2 years.

They just want to see that you have community service, much like other medical schools.

Geisel (Dartmouth) is also not low tier, and generally wants more mature/unique students

Can anyone post a list of what they consider low-tier schools that accept Canadian students.

There are no "low-tier" US schools, when it comes to internationals. It is sufficiently competitive enough for internationals, that you just have to apply broadly to all the US schools that take Canadians, as outlined by countless posts on the forums.

Lots of schools look at "fit", so even 4.0/510 MCATs can be easily rejected without corresponding non-academics.

Central Michigan University College of Medicine is Canadian friendly.

I currently attend it with 3 other Canadians. (4 out of 104)

The 3 other Canadians did some form of studying in USA, while I did my undergrad in Canada.
