Thought it to be pretty representative and scored similarly on the real exam. I suspect the reason why most people say the practice tests are easier is because of the absence of test-day anxiety. I'm sure nerves play a role in the overall perception of difficulty. A friend of mine scored an 85% CARs on the AAMC practice FL one week before his test date. Scored 129 on the real thing. I'm still considering taking the scored exam but I'll see if I can patch up some glaring holes in my content knowledge first (not that I have much time lol).
