Orpas Online Reference Submission?

Hi, am I misunderstanding or is ORPAS offering online reference submission this year? Can someone please confirm? No need to mail the reference form and the letter?

Yes it's online! The referee will be emailed an online form

Thank you. I have also noticed that if I don't include the email then a downloadable form is made available, which needs to be mailed to ORPAS along with the supporting reference letter. Thought I share in case anyone have these questions.

Do you guys know what was disclosed on the form? The idea of having the professors surprised by questions, or copy and pasting from internet because it is easier and faster that way terrifies me. How did you guys approach the letter of recommendation aspect with them? Did you ask for a traditional letter of recommendation and then later in October for them to fill out the form when asked by ORPAS?

ORPAS will send them a link to fill out the confidential assessment form which will only have ratings. However, your references are expected to also attach a letter of recommendation along with the form. Hope that helps!
