BWM92
Hey PreMed folks, From what I understand from the admissions site, each year that is considered for your GPA calculation must meet a 3.7 cutoff. Assuming that the cutoff stays the same for the 2018/2019 cycle, would a GPA of 3.66 be rounded off to 3.7? Thanks in advance!

mew
No, unfortunately each year needs to be 3.70 or higher.

So a 3.66 would stay a 3.66 True - although there have been some interesting 3rd decimal rounding up to hit the cut off 3.66 is too far away. There is conditional acceptance though - that might be something to check out (one year above the cut off etc....)
bluepen
Not to hijack your thread but what if your GPA is something like 3.696? Would the admissions committee round that to a 3.70?

Would the admissions committee round that to a 3.70? From what I recall, Western does it to 3 decimal points (i.e., 3.696 would not be rounded). If you want an official answer, your best bet is to call them.
