The room is fully furnished with double bed, a dresser, student desk, chair etc. You will have to share kitchen, bathroom and living room. The rent is $425.00/month; includes heat, hot water, lights, cable, wireless internet, shared telephone and laundry. I am a second year med student and my girlfriend is a criminology student. We are very quite and friendly. We are looking for a room mate who is friendly, neat and quiet. I live about 5km from the medical school. It is on a main bus route. There may also be an opportunity to carpool if our schedules work together. The house is walking distance from a shopping mall, grocery stores as well as movie theater. There is no lease required.
