I would guess 127, but I contacted admissions and they said its unlikely that they will use it. It's possible they just don't know yet though

They usually don't figure that all out until about Dec as they need all the applicant information first

I mean that is hard to answer - policies can change at those Dec meetings (like in the past when they considered the old MCAT WS section, or the big jumps in VR and later BS) - plus somethings all office staff just read off current policies like they are the end of the word on things. 

They are very much so less likely to use it if they said so - but I would personally still add a bit of mental wiggle room there, just from all the times in the past I have seen similar adjustments at that school and several others. At this point it doesn't matter much I suppose - this application cycle we just have to move forward if there is any chance and hope for the best.
